This deceptively simple lawn ornament was invented by Cassandra of Pacific. In fact, it WON the West Coast Innovations Contest for most original bit of deco on the West Coast Shards!
1)Put the music stand where you want the flamingo to stand. (You will need to have one clear tile in front of it.)
2)Dye the cotton pink and stack it on top of the Music Stand. Lock both down.
3)Take 10 of anything (fishcakes, oilcloth) and stack it in the tile in front of the bird’s body.
4)The next part you have to do very quickly, as your newbie gold decays
quickly. (You can’t use a dec tool because it won’t get the beak high enough).
You want to stack, quickly, in this order,
Newbie gold
Ball of yarn
Newbie gold
Ball of yarn
Newbie gold
Ball of yarn
Cheese Nibblet
5)Wait for the Newbie gold to decay. Lock ethe cheese and yarn balls down.
6)Remove your stack of ten items. And there ya go!
I put one up in my little where I keep a collection of all 17 pink plants, but really they look nice in any sort of garden specially by a fountain or lake. I hope AoS will allow us to lock things down on our "lawn!!!"
